PRINTS & GREETING CARDS:
If returning a print(s) or greeting card(s), they must be in sellable condition and returned back to me, within the rigid mailer they arrived in, within 30 days of purchase. Upon full inspection and then will receive a refund. Please always include a note with your name and order number, along with your reason for return.
If your print arrives bent or damaged, please let me know as soon as possible and we can discuss how to resolve so both ends are happy :)
We will accept a return (not shipping costs paid) or allow an exchange as long as brand new clothing is unworn, unlashing, no stains or visible wear, scents or hair. We must be notified within 1 week of receiving your article of clothing. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have up front. We would prefer to be aware of the problem you may have right away so I can see how to solves ASAP.
